On August 29th, a symposium on improving the quality of benchmark enterprises in the light textile and apparel industry in Lixin County was successfully held at Fuya Yarn Mesh Co., Ltd. in Lixin County. Wang Zhaojun, Deputy Director of the Quality Development Committee of Lixin County and Deputy County Mayor of the County People's Government, Li Wei from the Quality Development Department of the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Yang Gang, a member of the Party Group of Lixin County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Wang Yuyu, Director of Anhui Province Small and Medium sized Service Center, representatives of some textile and clothing enterprises in the county, including the County Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, County Economic and Information Bureau, County Science and Technology Bureau, County Development and Reform Commission, and representatives of Hanlian Color Textile, Hebang Textile, Jiaoyang Softdoor, and others, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zheng Hui, Director of the Office of the County Quality Development Committee, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Market Supervision Administration.

At the meeting, Zhu Yajun, General Manager of Lixin County Fuya Yarn Mesh Co., Ltd., shared his experience in excellent performance management in the enterprise. He shared the specific practices of Fuya Company's introduction, implementation, evaluation, and award creation from the excellent performance management model based on the actual situation of the enterprise, which won unanimous praise from the attending leaders and the enterprise.

Representatives of participating enterprises shared their experiences and practices in production and operation during the symposium, analyzed the difficulties and problems encountered, and jointly discussed the next development direction.

The meeting pointed out that the light textile and clothing industry in Lixin County has formed an industrial system with a relatively complete range of categories such as color spinning, blending, and clothing, and a relatively complete industrial chain, with a good foundation and broad prospects. All participating enterprises must strictly implement the requirements of building a strong county with quality, seize major development opportunities such as the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, the revitalization of northern Anhui, and the 14th Five Year Plan, focus on supplementing, extending, and strengthening the supply chain, scientifically plan and reasonably layout, and gather development forces.
